AESB was incorporated on 27th July 1993
In mid 1999, AESB became a majority owned Bumiputra Company with 60% of the equity being held by bumiputras and in mid 2003 it became a fully owned 100% Bumiputra company. Complementary to its engineering services and the supply of naval logistics, AESB is also actively participating in the Malaysian Armed Forces computerisations and Integrated Logistics Support programmes. The company’s availability of experienced personnel ensures that consultancy services, project management and the delivery of the projects on time and successfully will meet the stringent requirements set forth in any projects undertaken.
